Every couple of months, Addict also hosts the Addict Awards, where the TCGs you play earn awards and well-deserved recognition for all their hard work. 8D We just finished having our first round (the january 2008 round! x3) and our next round will happen sometime after February. Thank you to everybody who participated! ♥

♥ zomg, an update

I've updated the exchange! Well, not really. I didn't go through the e-mails --not yet --but I did go through for people who still had the script up, broken sites, URL changes, etc. The following TCGs were removed due to the script not being on their site (as far as I could see): Ketsuron, Kingdom Animalia, Magical, Neoverse Cards, SCM!R. If you'd like to be added on to the exchange, please fill out another form! Three TCGs closed, so were removed from the listing & exchange: Alternate, Mariposa, and The Institute. :/ I've gone through all of the applications for Listings and replied to all of them~ You can now find your TCG in one of the eight categories! We've reached 65 TCGs, woop woop! :3 I'd give you a real update, with all of the TCGs plugged here, but I've got work at 4pm and I kind of need to take a shower ^^;; When I get home tonight, I'll add all of the TCGs who applied to the exchange .. to the exchange. Don't worry about it! I know I've slacked for almost two months, but I'm back now. Apologies --hopefully, nothing like that will ever, ever happen again. I mean it, too. :D Later today, I'll add the exchange updates, but I won't make an update about it. Hey, everybody! Guess who's back. Sort of. ^__^;; It's chanda! haha. Imagine me being here. :x Good news: I'll be back to updating the site .. soon. Don't worry, I will most likely be getting to your e-mails. You don't need to hear my excuses, but I will spout them out anyway (read on to the next paragraph if you don't want to hear it!): I've had A.P. exams, boy problems, senioritis, my job has been KILLING me, and obviously, I've lost interest in TCGs. Just because I don't have an interest in playing them, though, doesn't mean I'm not interested in running this site. :3 I still love the idea of playing/owning one, I just don't, realistically speaking, have the time. At this very moment, I should be doing my stupid college writing! The paper was due on Tuesday, and yet I only procrastinate further .. anyway, The point of this post is only to tell you that I am alive. REALLY. I am. I have to thank Aimee for not bouncing and updating even in my absence. *hugs hard* Again, I may not update everything right away, but it will get done. ULTIMATELY. btw, Did I mention that I love the new rush of Food TCGs? ;3 Kind of makes me miss Teo's Kitchen .. *le sigh* SEE YOU GUYS SOON!

yeah, Comments are really starting to aggravate me at this point. XD;; You can comment now. When you put in your name, put it as "comment". When it prompts you for your password, type in "tcgaddict". Your comment should then be able to show up. XD You might want to leave your name in the comment, so I know who you are, haha. I tried to make it as easy as possible, but it's still a hassle to have to input your password, methinks. ah well. I'm sorry guys. ._.; I have no idea why the full story doesn't show up on the comments page, but at this point, I'm too tired to figure out why. @__@ It says something about not being able to find the show_news.php file, even though it's right there .. I don't know, lol. I give up. This is the best I can do. XD

yeah, I said I'd update every 5 additions to the listing. XD It's been 9 (+1 pending? XD) since then. ^_^ ah well, If you guys are going to be mad at me, it's only in my imagination. I'd be surprised, sincerely, if you guys actually cared when I updated, as long as the listing & exchanges were updated themselves. :P I actually feel pretty proud, being one of the listing & exchanges that bother to update everything manually! *puffs chest* .. yeah, This is what I mean when I said I ramble. @__@ Let's get straight to the new TCGs~! ♥ 9 TCGs have been added to the listings! One is on pending, because they didn't have a link back. ^_^; Must I remind you that a link to TCG Addict is different from having the exchange up? x_x .. Anyway, please visit them if you've never seen them before! ^_^ ♥ yup, I think those are all of the new, listed TCGs .. ^_^;; Anyway, here are the new 12 additions to the exchange! :3 Please welcome Jewel Shard, Adagielle, Coffee House, Shinshi Doumei Cross TCG, Diagon Alley, Timelord, Bloodlust, Discover, Unbroken, The Institute, Neoverse Cards, and Radar! XD Since last update, Broken, Estorie, and Pretty Voice have been removed from the listings and the exchange. ;o; Broken & Pretty Voice closed, while Estorie just .. became a dead link. You can visit their memory listing on the closed page. Can you tell? I've given up on making things alphabetical. It takes way too much effort, and I don't even know if you guys notice. @__@ I just tried to install Haloscan, and I guess its script clashes with CuteNews'. :x I might have to switch to a new blogging system .. but I probably won't. Feels kind of lonely updating, though, although I don't know if I'd even get comments in the first place. XD;; Been thinking of changing the layout. Probably won't happen due to lack of time. ^__^;; At this moment, even, I should be getting ready to go to work. augh. @__@ I just feel like I need to add something to the site .. well, I did do one thing. *points* Lookie! ADVERTISE YOUR TCG/SITE! So far, only AiraJean's been taking advantage of this feature. I still need to get to making her new banner, haha. This current avatar is my FUTURE guitar, DUSK! XD I'm going to pair him up with an electric named Summer, after the Dashboard Confessional album Dusk & Summer, which got me really into playing acoustic, haha. *fangirl* I'm a third of the way there, but I have to pay for AP exams, which is a hefty $84 .. the guitar is already $299 .. ._.;; I can do it! *faito!* XD See everyone later! ♥ ♥
